The OECD said today that its composite leading indicators (CLI) signal a continued recovery from the depths of earlier in the year, but that the pace is moderating. And the group cautioned that the potential for a re- surgence of Covid-19 in many countries lends considerable uncertainty, and it once more said that care should be taken when interpreting the data. The strength of the survey should be regarded as an indication of the strength of the signal rather than as a measure of the degree of growth in economic activity, it said. N^Ben Winkley
