Mauritius' grand bunker ambitions

The government of Mauritius is investing heavily to achieve its goal of exporting one million metric tons of bunker fuel from Port Louis. The capital city, which has seen a growing share of the 35,000 ships transiting between Asia, Southern Africa and South America call at its port, is slated for development into a 'business friendly petroleum and bunkering hub'.
