Director guilty of manslaughter of lawyer crushed by 655kg frames

A construction company director has been found guilty of the gross negligence manslaughter of a passer-by who was crushed by three window frames that had been left propped up on the pavement in London. Kelvin Adsett, 64, on-site manager and sole director of IS Europe, was convicted at the Old Bailey on 23 March over the death of lawyer Amanda Telfer.
