The American Military Law and the Military Commission in the Philippines : On the Guilty Omittance by Involuntary Manslaughter of General Yamashita

In Yamashita case case and after in Homma case, Military commission in Manila, Philippines (owed by General MacArther) indicted Yamashita and Homma on “involuntary manslaughter by omittance”, and sentenced them the guilty of death. This kind of judgment logic magic was intentionally used again as the basic logic in the Tokyo International Tribunal.
