Bus body production hits record low this century in Brazil

Brazil - According to the National Association of Bus Manufacturers (FABUS) based in Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo State, bus body production in 2016 was the lowest this century (past 16 years) with a total output of 14,111 units. This is according to an annual survey conducted by FABUS since 1971. Last year, the volume was also lower than most of the years during the nineteen nineties when annual production ranged from 12,000 to 19,000 vehicles.
