First industrial use for BASF Slentex aerogel insulation

Ulsan, Korea - BASF's polyurethane aerogel insulation material Slentex has been used for the first time in an industrial application. The material is being used as insulation for almost 400m2 of pipework, flanges and valves at the company's manufacturing plant in Ulsan.
