The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an inorganic anti-condensation incombustible coating composition including an aerogel, and an inorganic anti-condensation incombustible coating composition including an aerogel manufactured by the method, capable of increasing incombustibility and insulating performance when applied to a structure. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing the inorganic anti-condensation incombustible coating composition mixed with the aerogel includes: a first step of forming a modified silane silica composition by mixing 50 to 150 parts by weight of a functional filler formed of silica powder based on 100 parts by weight of a silane compound, mixing a mixture with 0.01 to 3.0 parts by weight of an acid catalyst, and reacting a resulting mixture at a temperature of 70 to 90 °C at a speed of 200 to 400 rpm; and a second step of obtaining a coating composition by mixing 80 to 150 parts by weight of a solvent, 1 to 20 parts by weight of the aerogel, and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of aluminum hydroxide powder based on 100 parts by weight of the modified silane silica composition.
