摘要

A recombination center formed by Ti(+3)and an oxygen vacancy that plays an important role in photocatalytic processes is investigated. A photoluminescence band with a maximum at 1.236 eV was observed upon excitation of titanium oxide by laser radiation with a wavelength of 785 nm. This band appears after crystallization of an amorphous titanium-dioxide film for 30 min in vacuum at 650 degrees C. The shape of the band was studied by the method of moments, and parameters of its electron-phonon interaction, namely, the energy of a purely electron transition equal to 1.28 eV, the Huang-Rhys factor equal to 2, and heat release of 0.04 eV, were obtained. These values can be used for calculation of parameters of kinetic coefficients of electronic transitions in strong electric fields.
