The famous Japanese Garden in Hasselt, a place deliberately created so you don't have to undergo a long plane trip in order to feel like being in Japan. A place where no plant, tree, rock or path is without meaning, and everything was deliberately placed. A place that imitates the Japanese scenery completely, with plants, hills, water, rocks, moss, cherry trees and a rock beach. And with its size of 25 000 square metres also the biggest Japanese garden of Western Europe. We meet Claire Lelievre, whopatiently answered all our questions. In this interview we focus upon the pond of the garden.
