The question posed on the cover of theSpring issue of Forest & Bird may well be answered with "The people of Waiheke Island".As the largest population living entirely within, and surrounded by, the Hauraki Gulf Marine Park, we are at the epicentre of this crisis. It behoves us to do something about it.And, yes, for years good Waiheke folk have been working on this problem.
