The New EU Regulation on Organic Production and Labelling of Organic Products: What will change after January 2021? At the end of 2011, less than three years after Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products, and its implementing Regulations (EC) No 889/2008 and No 1235/2008 entered into force, the European Commission decided to review the organic legislative framework, launching an 18-month impact assessment.
