Pet foods for companion animals: III. The feeding of growing dogs of large breeds

Studies on skeletal disorders in the growing dog are summarized and requirements of such dogs are reviewed along with the development of the main orthopaedic diseases. A comparison is also presented of the different pet foods available for growing dogs of medium and large breeds.
