Energy Drilling Management (EDM) is targeting West Afri-ca after taking over the management of three tender rigs from Seadrill. Singapore based EDM already has three tender rigs under its control and has now entered into a management agreement with Seadrill to maintain, market and operate the tender rigs Sea-drill-T15, Seadrill-T16 and West Vencedor. The latter was due to be working on Canadian Natural Resources’ Espoir feld off C?te d’Ivoire but the contract was cancelled due to the pandemic.
