One to watch

I have always loved to make things. As a child I remember playing with a paint spinner, clay bead sets and plaster casting - I also had a little potter's wheel. I was taught to craft by my mother, who is a maker and mender. I have always been surrounded by handmade objects. After visiting the Roman Baths in Bath aged 7,1 developed a keen interest in ancient history. There were so many questions buzzing around in my head and my parents fed my curiosity by taking me to museums. I've always loved historic architecture, especially cathedrals - I'd become completely overwhelmed whenever I stepped inside one.
