Low price threatens new Norway projects

London-Norway’s oil industry finds itself at a critical crossroads as cheaper oil and high costs renders some much-anticipated new projects uneconomic and threatens them with either postponement or outright cancellation. Some projects have already been termi- nated, and investments on the Norwegian Continental Shelf are expected to slow in 2015 and beyond.
