InterOil will raise its equity in PRL 39 and PPL 475 in Papua New Guinea (PNG) following the withdrawal of Pacific E&P, formerly Pacific Rubiales Energy, from PNG. Pacific E&P has left PNG to pursue its strategy of focusing on Latin America.
