摘要

Libya's Oil Minister Abdulbari al-Arusi stated Wednesday that his country's oil output had dropped 70% to 330,000 b/d due to protests at oil facilities. "If the situation continues like this, Libya will plunge into darkness," he told a press conference in Tripoli. Al-Arusi said all major oil terminals at Es Sider, Ras Lanuf, Marsa el-Brega and Marsa al- Hariga were shut down and only Zawiyah remained open. Armed security guards on strike were responsible for the closure at all the facilities he said.
