Libya Output Drops 70% on Protests

Libya's Oil Minister Abdulbari al-Arusi stated Wednesday that his country's oil output had dropped 70% to 330,000 b/d due to protests at oil facilities. "If the situation continues like this, Libya will plunge into darkness," he told a press conference in Tripoli.
