Tullow Wraps Ghana Offer

Tullow Oil, operator of Ghana's giant offshore Jubilee field, said Thursday it has allot ted just over 3.5 million of the 4 million shares it offered in relation to a secondary listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange (IOD Jun.1'11). The shares were offered at the equivalent of $20.50 per share, representing a total of around $72.3 million. Tullow, which has its main listing on the London Stock Exchange, said it expects trading to start on Wednesday.
