Judge sets dates in Alcoa trade secrets case

A federal judge has ordered Alcoa Inc. to disclose within the next month the trade secrets it claims have been violated by competitor Universal Alloy Corp. (UAC).Judge Eleanor Ross ruled in U.S. District Court in Georgia that Alcoa has until Dec. 2 to disclose a list of "trade secrets at issue with reasonable particularity." She scheduled the discovery phase of the trial to close April 8, 2016, with the case then progressing to expert reports and summary judgment motions.
