Brazil Anvisa initiates carbendazim reassessment

The Brazilian national health surveillance agency, the Anvisa, has initiated the re-evaluation of the fungicide, carbendazim. It issued a call notice to registrants for a meeting before submitting safety data on carbendazim on December 20th. Carbendazim is among seven pesticide active ingredients to be reassessed under the agency's new and own methodology.
