A few deals and tenders were reported this week in the US petcoke market, although sources said spot trades remain few and far between given weak global demand. One trade was heard for FOB USWC 2% sulfur petcoke of 20,000 mt for July loading at $71.10/mt, while another deal for July loading was reported for FOB USWC 4.5% sulfur for 30,000 mt at $43.10/mt. A third cargo for FOB USWC 4.5% sulfur petcoke was heard traded for August loading of 30,000 mt at $43.10/mt.
