Firmenich to acquire Senomyx

Firmenich (Geneva, Switzerland), the world’s largest privately owned favors and fragrances company, and Senomyx (San Diego) on Monday announced a defnitive agreement under which Firmenich will acquire all of the outstanding common stock of Senomyx for $1.50 per share in cash.
