Lowe's to remove products with methylene chloride, NMP

Lowe’s (Mooresville, North Carolina) will phase out paint-removal products containing methylene chloride and n-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) from its worldwide product selection by the end of this year. Lowe’s says it has several paint-remover alternatives without methylene chloride available, and plans to bring more options to consumers by year-end.
