Honeywell UOP to provide PDH technology to Turkey

Honeywell has confrmed that Ceyhan Polipropilen Uretim, a company setting up a propane dehydrogenation (PDH) and polypropylene (PP) manufacturing complex at Ceyhan, Adana Province, Turkey, will use the Honeywell UOP C3 Olefex technology in the PDH plant. The facility will be designed to produce 457,000 metric tons/year of polymer-grade propylene, which will be used to produce 450,000 metric tons/year of PP. LyondellBasell will provide its PP technology.
