ECHA looks to finetune regulatory strategy to tackle chemicals of high concern and non-compliance of REACH dossiers

Over 300 stakeholder representatives from the European Union (EU) and around the world gathered in the premises of the European Chemicals Agency's (ECHA's) headquarters in Helsinki (Finland) in May this year to discuss the latest developments in REACH implementation and debate the future regulatory imperatives for ensuring a safer EU chemical industry. As in the past the 'ECHA Stakeholders' Day' featured experts from the Agency, European industry associations, NGOs and national regulatory bodies discussing the evolving landscape of chemicals legislation in Europe.
