SH Kelkar and Company Ltd.,India's leading fragrance & flavours company,has informed the National Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on June 10,2019 has approved the proposal to buy back up to 33 lakh fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.10 each of the company at a price of Rs.180 per equity share payable in cash for an aggregate consideration not exceeding Rs.59.40-crore.The buyback is within the statutory limits of 10% of the fully paid-up equity share capital and free reserves as per audited standalone and consolidated financial statements of the company under the Board of Directors approval route as per the provisions of the Companies Act,2013.
