摘要

The EV aggregators (EVA) participating in load frequency control (LFC) regulation market may suffer from communication delays caused by the open communication infrastructure. How close a frequency regulation resource's output can follow the received LFC signal determines the payment it receives and its competitiveness in the market. In this paper, a control method is designed to compensate the communication delays for EVAs in order to improve the performance of frequency regulation capability of EVs in a power system which applies Flat Frequency Control (FFC). With this method, the regulation output of the EVAs could closely follow the LFC signal and achieve a high performance score in the regulation market.
