摘要

A method for designing the block diagram of an automatic system for controlling frequency andvoltage at small hydroelectric power plants is considered. A system based on modules of the MicroPC m~i group has been developed, in which frequency is controlled by the angle of opening of theguide vane assembly of the turbine and by switching of a ballast load. An analysis is given of transientsoccurring during variations of the tuning coefficient of the controller.
