摘要

Mathematical model of forming residual stresses in surface layer of parts is offered, based on decision of a plasticity theory problem, taking into account the anomalous mechanical characteristics of a surface layer and peculiarities of cyclicalloading of parts with amplitude, corresponding to the endurance limits of the material. Basic results of calculations of residual stresses in a surface layer of parts are developed; basic regularities of dynamics of rise and distribution of residualstresses are described. The possibility of forecasting of endurance limits of parts on the base of a developed model is substantiated; theoretical results of prognosis with experimental confirmation are presented.
