Specialties of micro-balls shaping by melted metal spattering

For surface-plastic deformation of machine parts micro-balls of bearings or spattered powder micro-balls are used. In the first case processed material has high self cost, on the other hand the traditional processing produces powders, eachparticle of which has "welded" smaller parts, and particle shape is non-spherical, which might cause low quality of processed surface. The powder of bearing steel is obtained by experimental technology. Powder particles has spherical shape and smoothsurface. Machine part processing with this powder enables to increase residual compressing stresses on surface layer and the small fatigue of processed material.
