An inquiry into managing software development - from the viewpoint of knowledge management

摘要

A great deal of effort has been made on improving the efficiency of software development. From the viewpoint of knowledge management, we can consider the process of software development as continuous activities for embodying "customer knowledge" into products. This paper clarifies the diffusion of "customer knowledge" by a survey study and finds effective media or route selection for obtaining "customer knowledge". Then we consider some effective management methods for improving customer satisfaction.
