摘要

The uniformity of distributions of oxidelayers formed during anodic-cathodic and anodic-cathodic-cathodic processes has been studied. It wasshown that the better homogeneity of the layers formedon configurated surfaces is produced in the course ofanodic-cathodic-cathodic process. Experimental dataare shown which evidence of redistribution of electriccurrent in the process of layers formation. Thehypothesis was put forward that the reasons of currentredistribution are the qualitative changes of coatingstructure, which take place under cathodic currentapplied in the form of single packets of impulses.
