摘要

This study is aimed at the effect of vacuum extraction power and solid solution temperature on the tensile properties of EPC lamp cover castings. Results reveal that the properties of castings are improved to a great extent under the condition with a larger vacuum extraction power of 30 Hp then a less vacuum extraction power of 7.5 Hp. The tensile properties are first increased and then decreased with the increase of solid solution temperature. The variation of properties is greatly affected by microstructure of EPC lamp cover castings under different condition.
