摘要

The experimental assembly, measurement facilities, and methodology meant for thermal-and-aerodynamic study of heat transfer of finned surfaces are addressed. The results of the study of heat exchange and aerodynamic resistance of new surfaces with mesh-and-wire finning are represented. Comparative analysis with the data for plate-and-fin surface is performed. A significant efficiency and high specific mass characteristics of the surfaces with mesh-and-wire finning are shown.
