SITE TEST ON ADAPTABILITY OF HIGH FLUIDITY CONCRETE FOR CONCRETE PRODUCT

摘要

Many concrete product factories are in troubles ofbig noise and vibration caused by compacting of concrete. It iswell known that high fluidity concrete can fill to moulds withoutany compaction. However only a few factories use high fluidityconcrete in their production at present stage. One of reasons isthat the factories have to purchase new equipments or renewexistent equipments for using high fluidity concrete. This studyintents to produce high fluidity concrete by using existentequipments. It is shown that the high fluidity concrete can beproduced even by using existent equipments, when the fluidityof mortar is suitable by proper selecting the contents ofsuperplasticizer and primary water.
