High fluidity concrete has been developed and is being utilized in Japan. The most important characteristic of high fluidity concrete is that this kind of concrete can be filled into mould very well even without compacting of vibrator. In concrete product factory, healthy of workers may be seriously affected by heavy noise due to the use of vibrator at concreting. In the case of high fluidity concrete, the vibrator is not needed, so that the noise can be decreased in a large extent. Many concrete product factories are interested to adopt this type of concrete, but only a few factories have successfully applied it to their concrete product because of difficulty of obtaining proper high fluidity concrete.
