LATEST ACTION TARGETS EIGHT MAJOR MILLS CHICAGO - Gulf Stream Builders Supply Inc. has filed an antitrust lawsuit against eight major U.S. steel producers, echoing an ongoing class-action lawsuit slowly moving forward in the same federal court. Riviera Beach, Fla.-based Gulf Stream, which closed its steel fabrication plants last November due to the dearth of residential and commercial construction projects in Florida, alleges that AK Steel Holding Corp., ArcelorMittal USA, Commercial Metals Co., Gerdau Ameristeel Corp., Nucor Corp., SSAB Steel Holding Corp., Steel Dynamics Inc. and U.S. Steel Corp.
