US opens border to Mexican truckers

Truckers from Mexico will be able to transport industrial products and agricultural goods into the United States under an agreement signed this week between the two countries. In return, Mexico will lift retaliatory tariffs ranging from 5 to 25 percent on more than 2 billion dollars in U.S. manufactured goods and agricultural products.
