CME, Mysteel join on ferrous hedging tools

NEW YORK - CME Group Inc. has partnered with Chinese price-indexing company Mysteel to develop risk-management products for the ferrous sector, the companies announced Friday. "This new opportunity with Mysteel will help us develop the tools needed for our customers to manage price risk associated with conducting business in the steel industry in China," Harriet Hunnable, managing director of metals products for CME, said in a statement.
