摘要

A low global warming potential refrigerant R1234ze(Z) is expected to be a next-generation working fluid for high-temperature heat pump systems. In this study, PVT properties of R1234ze(Z) have been measured in the vapor phase by a developed high-temperature Burnett apparatus available up to 473 K. The Burnett method is useful for the measurement of gaseous PVT properties with high accuracy without measuring the sample mass. The PVT properties of R1234ze(Z) were measured at 353 K and 373 K with an uncertainty less than 0.2% in density, and the present data are compared with the latest equation of state (EOS).
