A new type of waveguide integrated protection devices

摘要

This paper discusses the development of solid-state integrated microwave power limiters with a novel type of an electrodynamic circuit. The proposed circuit is based on an E-plane contactless waveguide plug-in metallized board with several slots containing rectifying and switching diodes. The experimental realization demonstrated the effectiveness of the investigated limiters.
