摘要

For supervisory control systems in our products, the importance of human interface (HI) technology is increasing because of the rapid spread of information technology and the market request shown as ISO 13407 "Human Centered Design Process" standard. So, we focused on the system construction, which is important in the design of HI. To design and evaluate it adequately, the construction analysis method "DEMATEL" was introduced and applied to hardware and software systems for practical plants. Consequently, its availability to make possible to extract HI problems and to help its improvement by the results of visualized system construction was confirmed. It will be used to help our HI design to conform the above standard in the future.
