Soundproof Belt Conveyor Facilities for Yamaguchi Prefecture Public Service Corporation

摘要

Yamaguchi Prefecture Public Service Corporation for house supplies constructed belt conveyor facilities, and discharged balance soil dug up and reclaimed during construction of residential land. Belt conveyor facilities must minimize noise because the conveyor line runs through residential zones and across a national road, and environmental protection, safety and construction schedule also must be considered. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries designed and constructed belt conveyor facilities. The outline and devices of proof against conveyor noise are reported here, together with soundproof panel boards, selection of board material, belt conveyor devices, transfer tower, noise minimum, and results of noise measurement.
