SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR PUBLIC-SERVICE CORPORATION ACCOUNTING PROCESSING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for the public-service corporation accounting processing which performs accounting processing and generates an official document according to journal data sorted by account titles of one system for a public-service corporation which needs to generate official document determined by a plurality of accounting processing standards. SOLUTION: The account title of journal data which are sorted by using overall account titles and inputted is checked by using an overall account title table 7 and stored in a storage memory 10 (P1, P2). Then accounting processing such as the update of various master files (not illustrated), etc., in addition to an overall account ledger is carried out (P3). The journal data, etc., stored in the storage memory 10 are totaled (P4) according to a conversion table 8 for table output based upon accounting processing standards indicated with a table output indication based upon 'accounting standards' or a 'guiding principle'. After the data are totaled, documents are printed out (P5, P6).
