GRAINFED beef suppliers with brands in the marketplace may need to brush up on their marketing strategies to increase consumer awareness. Sensory Solutions, a company well versed in market research and an integral part of the MSA team, has conducted more than 85,000 consumer testings for MLA. At the AMIC conference in August 2011 Sensory Solutions presented to delegates their research on beef branding from a consumer's perspective. The results from the testing showed consumers consider beef quality to be the most important factor, then price and then brand, when buying beef.
