ポリドカノールを用いて硬化療法を行った軟口蓋部から咽頭側壁部に生じた血管腫の1例

摘要

A case of huge hemangioma from the right soft palate to the pharynx that was treated with injection sclerotherapy by polidocanol is reported.A 61-year-old male was referred to our hospital with the complaint of discomfort of the pharynx region. He had a huge and soft dark purplish mass from the right soft palate to the pharynx, which blanched under pressure. His tumor was diagnosed as hemangioma by macroscopic findings and MRI.
