摘要

The local vibrational disturbance caused by engine affects to the operator physically who uses a portable type tea-plucking machine. Therefore, the suitable engineering measures to protect such a disturbance are of necessity to be implemented. To reduce the hand-transmitted vibration of a portable type tea-plucking machine, several factors of the frame structure related to vibration were investigated. In this work, a ladder-type model which simplified a prototype frame by using the transfer matrix method was employed for analysis. Then, it served in comparison with the bench-test results. Consequently, under the setting of an element length of 5mm, the numerical values were found to be considerably good agreement with the experimented values. It could be assertive that this analytical approach seemed to be sufficiently practical for the designing process of a tea-plucking machine.
