摘要

For the purpose of reduction of vibration transmitted to the hand from a portable type tea-plucking machine, this paper showed an approaching way which led to the reduction of vibration at the grip portion by providing additional mass at the free-end of the main frame. Firstly, the effects of the additional mass to the vibration node of cantilever were investigated by using the theoretical analysis. Secondly, the effects of an additional mass to the vibration at the grip point of H-type model were taken into account by refering numerical result derived from the transfer matrix method. As a result, it could be expected to point out the way for reducing the vibration at the grip point providing an additional mass. The effects of putting an additional mass were clearly recognized by indoor experiments for the reduction of vibration in prototype tea-plucking machine.
