X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis of Ultralow Pollution in Conditions of Total Reflection of the X-Ray Beam Formed by Slitless Collimator

摘要

Special features of XFA TIR spectroscopy are considered in conditions of using slitless collimator to form a beam of x-ray exciting radiation. Analytical potentialities of the spectrometer are evaluated and emphasis is made on extremely low limits of admixture determination, vanilla design and relatively low cost of the modified spectrometer.
