摘要

Hydrolysis of Urea immobilized on a macroporous copolymer of styrene and divinylbenzene was studied in the presence of lead(II), cadmium(II) and silver(I) ions. The types of inhibition, constants of inhibition, the Michaelis constants and maximum rates of hydrolysis were determined. It was shown that optimum concentration of the substrate established during the study of the hydrolysis process makes it possible to determine selectively the concentration of metal ions in the water.
